Effective date: 29 July 2026
1. Conditional application
This addendum applies only where a foreign privacy law applies to our processing because of establishment, targeting, monitoring, statutory thresholds or another jurisdictional rule. Website accessibility from a country does not by itself mean every law of that country applies.
2. European Economic Area
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, Enterprise Corporated will identify the controller, purposes, categories, recipients, retention and applicable lawful basis. Lawful bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with law, protection of vital interests and consent.
Individuals may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. Rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, an approved transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards will be used where required. Before intentionally offering services to EEA individuals or monitoring their behaviour, representative, transfer, cookie and record-keeping requirements must be assessed.
3. United Kingdom
Where UK data-protection law applies, equivalent controller, lawful-basis, rights, transfer and complaint information will be provided. UK rules concerning cookies and similar storage or access technologies will be applied, including consent or applicable exceptions.
4. California
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies because statutory thresholds and jurisdictional conditions are met, California consumers may have rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive non-discriminatory treatment.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices amount to sale or sharing as defined by applicable California law, we will provide the required notices, preference-signal handling and opt-out method.
A California-specific Notice at Collection and request methods will be added before the law applies to covered activity. This addendum does not represent that Enterprise Corporated currently meets the statutory definition of a covered business.
5. Other jurisdictions
Additional local notices may be required before actively targeting, establishing operations in or materially monitoring individuals in another jurisdiction. We may limit access where compliance, export, sanctions, tax, consumer, professional or privacy requirements have not been established.
6. Requests
International privacy requests may be sent to [email protected]. Specify your country or region and the right requested. Identity and authority verification may be required.
